I’m having an issue with my order. how do i contact you?
Issue with a DoorDash or UberEats order? Please reach out to their support directly via their app.
Issue with a Taco Primo app or website order? Use the "Chat with Support" feature.
Issue with a walk-up order? Reach us on Fillmore at fillmore@tacoprimo.com.
do you do catering or large group orders?
Yes! We do our best to accommodate larger catering orders with 48 hours notice. Please reach out to us at hi@tacoprimo.com to chat further.
I heard you have a secret menu?
Yes! We offer “secret” menu items — our favorite being “Tortuga Style” tacos & quesadillas, where we add a crispy layer of cheese to the outside of the tortilla.
Secret menu options are available exclusively on the Taco Primo app or when ordering in-person.
what’s this i hear about breakfast?
We offer breakfast burritos, tacos, bowls & more! Breakfast is available from 8:00-11:30am Monday-Friday & from 8:00am-2:00pm Saturday & Sunday.
do you have a kid’s menu?
Yep! We have a small menu just for the kiddos. Don’t forget to snag a free sticker when ordering in-person!
are you a part of the snug?
Yes, but we have a separate storefront right next door. However, during The Snug’s operating hours, you can order food to be delivered to your table via a QR code at your seat.
